  • Senior Account Executive

    We are a food ingredient manufacturer and our business are rapidly growing around the world.  We want an outgoing and confident team player who are looking for a challenging and rewarding experience. This position is responsible for the Sucralose sales activities in food industry which include areas like beverage, dairy, bakery, candy & nutraceutical.

    The Senior Account Executive will need tobe a dynamic individual with a passion for generating new business and hittingsales goals while properly developing client relationships with food businesswithin the industry. The Senior Account Executive will need to display a numberof strengths including access to key client decision-makers, meticulousplanning, pipeline management and prospect list development. They need to conductresearch to expand prospect list using D&B Hoovers, LinkedIn and othermethods.


    Direct Sales, Sales Strategy and Management

    Manage, grow, and maintain a client listthat consistently attains quarterly revenue goals with a combination of newbusiness and growing existing business the first year.

    Develop a sales strategy and business planfor an account list/territory for generating revenue through outreach to foodbusinesses.

    Personally build and maintain deeprelationships with key clients and stakeholders.


    Provide real time sales revenue andpipeline reporting for a named list/territory and consistently forecast therevenue pacing via CRM tools & databases.

    Work with support teams to successfullycreate, execute and review all potential clients.


    ·       Bachelors degree preferred

    ·       Skilled in sales and pipelinemanagement, prospecting, closing and renewing client business

    ·       Strong communication skills(e.g., presenting, meetings, speaking, building presentations, etc.)

    ·       Minimum of 5 years successfulsales/BD experience, preferably in food, beverage, nutrition related business.

    ·      Familiar with the applicationof sweetener in beverage, dairy products, bakery, candy and nutraceutical orsupplement etc.

    ·      Outstanding communicationsskills including demonstrated negotiation skills and exemplary consultativeselling skills

    ·      Organized, proactive andresults-oriented

    ·     Able to develop national and international account and provide leads for our overseas team

    ·     Establish customer contacts and develop new relationships with appropriate prospects.

    ·     Serve as a liaison between customer and production team to expedite orders, samples, and related customer service.

    ·     Meet or exceed quarterly/annualsales budgets.

    ·     Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, etc)
